Waledac did not respond to the case, but they were actively involved in trying to stop it. In one incident they actively tried to retaliate, by launching a distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack against the law firm that filed the suit. A few weeks back I posted about a mystery device that Microsoft Hardware was slowly leaking to the public. Many tech sites were taking their guesses at what the device might be. I was hearing things like a Microsoft-branded phone running Windows Phone 7 and other thought it might be the Zue HD 2. We also heard things like a rival to Apple’s trackpad. And now we know…a mouse.
