Last fall, my husband and I ground up all the leaves that fell and I have several bags of leaf mulch that I haven't yet used. I can easily identify the leaf mulch, as it is in orange or green garbage bags. However, I can't distinguish between the manure and the compost (I know, I thought a sniff test...

At the end of the west side there are 3-4 large cedar trees that have been there forever. Since the second year...

Growing from seeds I grew cauliflower , peas and tomatoes . First I purchased fresh good quality seeds from a store and sowed them in a small patch in a corner . The seeds were covered and watered daily . Use creepers to shade other plants Once the plants reached a height of 15 cm , I transferred them into different rows . As the peas are creepers I gave sufficient support to them with a small nearby fence . The peas also gave sufficient shade to the cauliflowers . So I grew a mix of cauliflower , tomatoes and peas in my garden . The ripe red tomatoes were the most appealing in a white and green . bed Click here to post . comments Join in and write your own page It's easy to do .
